Cello&Voice+Christian Howes at NEW DIRECTIONS CELLO FESTIVAL 2010 - June 11th to 13th
Marcelo is one of the guest artists of the 16th Annual edition of the New Directions Cello Festival, in Ithaca, NY. Marcelo will perform Cello&voice songs and arrangement accompanied by the outstanding violinist Christian Howes. CHRISTIAN HOWES' CREATIVE STRINGS WORKSHOP- June 28th to July 4th

Marcelo was invited for the second year to teach and perform at the Festival produced by one of the greatest jazz and popular music violinists Christian Howes. Activities will include to direct an ensemble, teach clinics on Brazilian music and the art of playing a bowed instrument and singing. During that week several performances and jam sessions take place. One of the performances will feature Marcelo's ensemble playing Brazilian tunes and Cello&Voice + Violin&Voice songs.

CELLO&VOICE at the Vermont Improvisation Strings Academy-VISA 2010
Marcelo will be in Brattelboro-VT from June 24th to 27th, invited by artistic director, professor and cellist EUGENE FRIESEN, for 4 days of intensive classes and practice in improvisation and creative string playing. Marcelo will give a masterclass and will perform songs from his Cello&Voice work
